As a Board member, Hilde can build on her analytical skills and challenging approach as well as her vast experience in a complex context of a quoted State owned company to contribute to a company's strategy.

Hilde is a member of the International Fiscal Association, the Belgian institute of Accountants and Tax Consultants, and she chaired the Tax Committee of the Union of Belgian Enterprises (VBO/FEB) for 4 years. Hilde is regularly invited as a guest speaker and panelist.

With an increased focus on corporate governance, Hilde moreover is a member of the ‘Women on Board’ association as well as of the ‘Guberna’ institute of Directors.
